Shipping Policy
Avino is committed to deliver the customer’s order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by the website.
We offer free shipping for all products ordered through our site, if customer’s delivery location falls under the serviceable city/town and the pin code.
We uses various courier services depends on number of orders and pin code availability. Mostly we use Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, and Xpressbees.
After the order has been placed, we take 1-2 working days to dispatch the order and handover it to courier partners. The courier partners takes 3-7 working days to deliver the product. Depends on the distance between our warehouse (Laxmi Nagar, Delhi) to your location.
Note: Our logistics department works on all working days of week (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

How do I cancel an item purchased on Avino?
In very rare cases that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you must notwithstanding your warranty rights, immediately lodge a complaint on our customer helpline number +91 9311127159 or write a mail to us at customercarer@avino.co.in.
